 XQ-68A made her first flight; compare to Boeing's Loyal Wingman, it is launched from air-borne mother-platform, and recovered by parachute. 

 So, Kratos insists their concept is much cheaper solution than F-16-sized-Boeing's which has conventional landing gear and required airbase. 

 Trend of future air-warfare definitely moves from strong-single-platform to combination of various assets, and this kinds of aircraft will form big-market. Still, there are numerous concepts to take the lead of the future market, and it is interesting to watch who will be the winner.
